Vivo framed the preview as a push into pro imaging accessories, with full specifications and pricing still to come.

Overview

  • Vivo said the X300 Ultra will be sold internationally later in 2026, making it the first Ultra model to launch beyond China.
  • The device was previewed rather than fully announced, with the final design, full specs, country list, pricing and release timing undisclosed.
  • Vivo confirmed the phone will include a 200-megapixel telephoto camera.
  • The ZEISS Telephoto Extender Gen 2 Ultra offers a 400mm equivalent focal length and, according to Vivo, supports full 200MP output with gimbal-grade OIS, motion-tracking focus and usable results up to a 1600mm digital crop.
  • A SmallRig-made pro camera cage adds cold shoe mounts, quick-release ports, physical shutter and zoom controls and an integrated cooling fan, and it is designed to work with the telephoto extender.
