Utah Rideshare Driver Charged With Aggravated Kidnapping and Rape, Held Without Bail

Police are seeking other potential victims based on digital and medical evidence.

  • Segovia was arrested Sept. 17 and compelled to provide DNA; Lyft says he has been removed from the platform as investigators warn the probe is ongoing, seek additional victims, and set an initial court appearance for Sept. 25.
