- The Pension Fund says recalculation is automatic from pension case files, with individual increases set between 100 and 2,595 UAH; working pensioners will be recalculated starting April 1 under Resolution No. 236.
- A 1.121 coefficient will be applied to specific categories, including military pensions, Chernobyl disability minimums, pensions for special merits, and pensions for state servants, local officials, MPs, and scientists.
- Guaranteed minimums after indexation include at least 4,213 UAH for non-working pensioners 65+ with a full insurance record, 4,050 UAH for ages 70–79 with a full record, 3,725 UAH for certain younger or disability groups, and 3,406 UAH for other non-working recipients.
- Officials cite the approved 2026 Pension Fund budget, domestic tax revenues, and a new $8.1 billion IMF program as financial support for the indexation.
