Overview
- CHP reported Monday that a 50-year-old woman died after an eastbound 2010 Toyota Camry crossed a concrete median on Jamacha Road in La Presa and struck a westbound 2021 Nissan Rogue head-on shortly before 9 p.m. Saturday.
- The woman was taken to a trauma center and pronounced dead, and the drivers of both vehicles plus two passengers, including a child, were transported to hospitals.

- In a separate incident around 4:55 a.m. Sunday, a 76-year-old woman on a three-wheeled mobility scooter died at the scene after a northbound 2014 Toyota Camry struck her from behind on SR-67 near Julian Street in Ramona, and CHP said intoxication was not a causative factor.
