Overview
- Officers found a man with a torso gunshot around 3:45 a.m. near South Frio and Buena Vista streets on the West Side, close to UTSA’s downtown campus.

- Around noon on the Northwest Side, an argument in the 200 block of West Quill Drive escalated into a fistfight before one participant retrieved a gun and shot the other man twice.
- The Northwest Side victim sustained a leg gunshot and a head injury and was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries, while the shooter and a third man who wielded a tire iron left before officers arrived.
