Overview
- Blake Miller, 23, of East Berlin, and Gus Roth, 22, of Hanover, were arrested after overnight rallies spanning Feb. 21–22, according to Prince George’s County police.
- Officers reported seeing license plates being swapped and later located the car on Allentown Road, where the driver sped off and struck multiple vehicles.
- Both occupants tried to run but were quickly apprehended, and police say a handgun and ammunition were recovered from the vehicle.
- Roth was charged with having a handgun in a vehicle, while Miller was cited on 17 traffic offenses and had his car impounded.
