Toyota Details TR010 Hybrid Overhaul Using Single Evo Joker

Toyota confirmed it spent one Evo joker to homologate the TR010 Hybrid for the 2026 WEC season.
The package is the car’s largest aerodynamic revision since 2021, adding new front bodywork, reshaped sidepods and a reworked rear wing.
Engineers targeted easier, more consistent handling and sought to mitigate Le Mans top‑speed weaknesses within tightly regulated aero limits and BoP.
Toyota also introduced non-joker reliability tweaks after issues in 2025, including a wheel-loss incident at Le Mans.
The upgrade slipped from a 2025 plan after the FIA moved homologation from Sauber to Windshear, and the car now carries TR010 branding under Toyota Racing.
