Overview
- Registered Rapid Rewards members must book one round trip or two one-ways by 11:59 p.m. CT on Feb. 5 and complete travel by March 31 to qualify.
- Bookings must include the member’s Rapid Rewards number and be made through Southwest-controlled channels such as the website, app, SWABIZ, GDS, or SPS.
- All fare types, including Basic, qualify, and eligible tickets can be purchased with cash, points, or Cash + Points according to Southwest’s terms.
- Travelers commonly cancel and rebook existing reservations to qualify, but itinerary changes made after the promo window may void eligibility.
- The earned promotional Companion Pass is valid Aug. 10–Oct. 7, 2026, allows up to three companion changes, and requires companions to pay only taxes and fees from $5.60 each way.
