Overview
- NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero reported Green Bay will elevate senior offensive assistant Luke Getsy to quarterbacks coach to replace Sean Mannion.
- Mannion left on Jan. 29 to become the Eagles’ offensive coordinator, creating the vacancy in Green Bay’s QB room.
- Getsy is in his third Packers stint, previously serving as wide receivers coach from 2014–17 and as quarterbacks coach/passing-game coordinator from 2019–21.
- He also coordinated offenses for the Bears in 2022–23 and briefly for the Raiders before returning to Green Bay as a consultant in 2024.
- Getsy is set to work with starter Jordan Love, who delivered a 66.3% completion rate with 3,381 yards, 23 touchdowns and six interceptions last season, while Green Bay is expected to seek a new No. 2 as Malik Willis approaches free agency.
