  • Officers searched a nearby property’s garden and found a large yellow bag of cannabis, arresting a 24-year-old on suspicion of possession with intent to supply and driving without insurance.
  • The Beechwood suspect was taken to a Merseyside police station and remained in custody at the time of reporting.
  • Days earlier, a January 9 warrant in Bootle recovered a vacuum-sealed bag of cannabis, cannabis resin, around £1,300 in cash, six scrambler bikes and EPAC bikes, with a 22-year-old later released on bail.
  • Also on January 9, a Litherland search tied to a reported scooter theft uncovered 11 bike frames, multiple wheels, electric scooters and batteries, with three men arrested and released under investigation as enquiries continue.
