- Sony Pictures Television announced the U.S.-only Netflix deal as the series screens in Berlinale’s Specials program following its Feb. 8 launch on BBC and Stan.
- International rights were sold to a range of local platforms, including Sky in parts of Europe, CBC/Radio-Canada in Canada, TVNZ in New Zealand, U-NEXT in Japan, HBO/HBO Max in Central and Eastern Europe and Poland, and beIN in MENA.
- The series is written by Jack Thorne, directed by Marc Munden, and produced by Sony-owned Eleven Film with One Shoe Films for the BBC and Stan.
- Winston Sawyers leads the cast as Ralph with Lox Pratt as Jack and David McKenna as Piggy, joined by a large ensemble of young performers.
- Cristobal Tapia de Veer composed the score, with the main theme and additional music by Hans Zimmer and Kara Talve.
