Overview
- Mini India has begun pre-launch reservations for the limited-run Cooper S Victory Edition, with bookings starting on 27 February through authorised dealers.
- The India-spec version is offered exclusively as a petrol Cooper S fitted with the John Cooper Works Pack.
- Exterior cues include Chili Red paint with a continuous white stripe, ‘52’ graphics, 18-inch two-tone alloys, a twin-bubble rear spoiler, and a choice of white or black roof with a twin-pane sunroof.
- Cabin touches add ‘1965 Victory Edition’ sill branding, tributes to Timo Mäkinen and Paul Easter, a steering wheel with a multi-colour 6 o’clock marker and ‘1965’ insignia, plus JCW badging and gloss-black exterior detailing with the pack.
- Mechanical specifications remain unchanged from the Cooper S, with a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol rated at 204 hp and 300 Nm mated to a 7-speed dual-clutch driving the front wheels, and pricing and allocation for India have not been disclosed.
