- In CDMX, early full-year payments get 8% off in January or 5% in February, and eligible vulnerable owners with homes valued at up to 2,808,466 pesos can pay a 68-peso bimonthly minimum.
- State of Mexico municipalities such as Ecatepec, Naucalpan and Cuautitlán Izcalli offer up to 8% in January, 6% in February and 4% in March, with some jurisdictions granting special reductions of up to 34% for pensioners, retirees or people with disabilities.
