- Americana by Loews Hotels will be the company’s third property in Arlington’s Entertainment District and the 28th in its portfolio, with a name that nods to the former Americana Hotel in Bal Harbour.
- Demolition of the Sheraton Arlington Hotel is scheduled for early June 2026, with construction of the new property set to begin in summer 2026.
- The hotel targets group business with more than 83,000 square feet of meeting and event space, including a 17,337-square-foot grand ballroom and a 10,000-square-foot Event Barn.
- Plans call for 507 guestrooms, including 39 suites, with standard rooms ranging from 350 to 400 square feet.
