Jordan Pepper Joins BMW as Works GT Driver for 2026

BMW confirmed the 29-year-old South African to its M Motorsport GT roster, with specific 2026 program details to be announced.
The switch comes a day after Pepper said he would leave Lamborghini at year-end, ending a five-year association that included three seasons as a factory driver.
Pepper’s recent résumé features the 2025 24 Hours of Spa victory with GRT, a GTD PRO win at Petit Le Mans in 2024, a DTM title fight to the final round, and top-two finishes in GT World Challenge Europe Sprint and Endurance campaigns.
BMW M Motorsport chief Andreas Roos praised Pepper as a top GT3 performer whose form over the past two seasons fits the brand’s ambitions with the M4 GT3 EVO.
Pepper said he is excited to adapt to the BMW M4 GT3 EVO over the winter and becomes the third South African in the current BMW lineup, following Sheldon and Kelvin van der Linde.
