Overview
- Pilgrims can book flights through their login on hajcommittee.gov.in or the Haj Suvidha app during a four-day window starting January 29.
- Bookings are subject to seat availability and become final once made, and no changes will be permitted after selection.
- Those who skip the window will receive flights assigned by the Haj Committee without considering preferred dates or carriers, and offline change requests will not be accepted.
- Self-booking is unavailable for Johfa, Ladies Without Mehram, and Rubath categories, and for some small states and union territories where transport is arranged by state committees.
- State bodies are publicizing the rollout, with Uttar Pradesh expecting about 18,000 pilgrims and Telangana preparing for roughly 10,000, while smart wristbands for health monitoring and tracking will be provided at no extra cost ahead of the May pilgrimage.
