ICE Says Suspect in San Antonio Workplace Killing of Three Was in U.S. Illegally

Police call the attack targeted with the motive still undetermined.

  • The family received notices to appear before an immigration judge but stopped reporting to immigration authorities in July 2022, ICE stated.
  • San Antonio police reported that several employees fled as officers, SWAT, and the Texas Department of Public Safety secured the area, and ICE highlighted a CBP Home App option that offers $1,000 and a free flight for voluntary departure.
