Overview
- An 18-year-old man, identified by PennLive as Rakeeb Watson, died at North 18th and Park streets after a 6 p.m. shooting.
- Around 7 to 8 p.m., a second victim was shot in the 2400 block of Market Street and was dropped at UPMC Harrisburg in critical condition.
