- The recall targets single-serve peanut-butter packets and peanut-butter-and-jelly twin packs in 0.5-, 0.75-, 1.12- and 2.12-ounce sizes used widely in foodservice settings.
- Products were distributed under multiple private-label brands, including US Foods, Sysco House Recipe, DYMA Brands/Flavor Fresh, Katy’s Kitchen and Gordon Food Service.
- Shipments reached 40 states across the U.S., and detailed lot codes have been posted to help institutions identify affected inventory.
- No consumer illnesses have been reported, and distributors are directing customers to quarantine, discard or return impacted items for credit, with consumers advised to check labels and follow recall guidance.
