Fairfield Man Rebooked on Child Sexual Abuse Material Felonies After Search Finds Images on Home Wall

Detectives reported locating multiple items of evidence, including canvas images of child sexual abuse material displayed on a wall.
Edgar Montenegro, 42, was already in Solano County Jail on unrelated charges when he was booked on the new counts.
He faces multiple felony charges for possession and distribution of child sexual abuse material and is being held on $100,000 bail.
