- A rock shattered a window shortly after midnight on Dec. 16, then swastikas and the phrase “he’s back” were spray-painted between 3 and 4 a.m. on Dec. 18.
- East Lansing Police say both incidents are being investigated as hate crimes and video indicates the same individual carried out each act.
