Overview
- The member-exclusive drop-in runs 11:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. on February 2, 3, 9, and 10, 2026 at Walt Disney World.
- No advance registration is offered, with first-come, first-served entry subject to capacity and a standby line that may close before 1:00 p.m.
- The event is inside the Contemporary Resort Convention Center’s Fantasia Ballroom West Salons & Pastorals, with signage toward the West Rotunda and no resort parking available.
- Attendance requires Membership Extras eligibility plus a qualifying reservation at a Disney-owned Walt Disney World hotel or Disney’s Vero Beach Resort, and the named member must present a digital membership card and photo ID.
- Each membership may attend one date with up to four guests or the number on the reservation, attendees under 18 must be with a guardian, and character offerings and treats are subject to change or cancellation.
