- An AtlasIntel survey of 2,315 respondents conducted December 15–19 (±2 points) shows Pam Bondi’s net approval falling from +6 in February to −41 in December.
- Reps. Thomas Massie and Ro Khanna say they are moving to invoke the House’s inherent contempt power against Bondi for failing to fully release materials required under a law signed in November.
