Overview
- Justin Seals, 39, was arrested Tuesday by the Birmingham Police Crime Reduction Team and is being held without bond in the Jefferson County Jail.

- Firefighters discovered Rembert after extinguishing a structure fire, and the Jefferson County coroner later ruled the death a homicide.
