Overview
- The Ministry of Capital Humano will start a pilot on January 6 with 20 Volver al Trabajo beneficiaries taking two eight‑class modules over two months for a painting certification delivered by Sinteplast.
- Participants will keep receiving the ARS 78,000 monthly payment during this stage, a benefit that has been frozen since 2023.
- The courses will combine theory and practice, include materials provided by the company, and require at least 70% attendance to obtain certification.
- Training will take place at the Centro de Formación Capital Humano in the Predio Garrigós in La Paternal, a site recently refurbished with support from the Bolsa de Comercio.
- In parallel, the ministry is building the SIIS with a secure data cloud to cross‑reference ANSES, Renaper, ARCA, Health and Energy records, create the RUB and RSH for targeting, and study merging AUH‑related benefits into a single AUH Familiar.
