All Dogs Safe After Chicago Van Theft as Police Seek Suspect

  • Police found the van in an alley near Lakewood and Oakdale in Lakeview with all the dogs inside, along with stolen lawn equipment, and the plates had been switched to Illinois.
  • The suspect ran from the scene, no one is in custody, and the investigation remains active.
