Adobe Adds AI Presentations, Podcasts and Chat Editing to Acrobat

The rollout centers on the Studio bundle and includes privacy assurances that user documents are not used to train models.

Overview

  • A new Generate Presentation feature builds editable slide decks from one or more documents, with outlines created in Acrobat and designs and assets supplied by Adobe Express.
  • Generate Podcast turns PDFs and PDF Spaces into two‑host audio summaries, and Adobe says it currently uses a Microsoft GPT model for transcription and a Google voice model.
  • Acrobat’s AI assistant now supports natural‑language PDF editing for roughly a dozen tasks, including removing pages, modifying text, swapping images, adding e‑signatures and setting passwords.
  • PDF Spaces gain collaboration upgrades so teams can add files and comments, with AI‑generated summaries that include citations pointing to exact locations in source documents.
  • The features are available across Acrobat, Acrobat Studio and Adobe Express, with options to pick specialized assistant roles or create custom assistants and with enterprise controls over data access and chat storage.
